Our single biggest event is the annual Stage Expo held in September. Structured like a one day version of the National Conference, this event includes workshops, networking, vendor display, new technology exhibits, and design and scholarship opportunities and moves around the Section each year to reach our entire membership.
Single occurrence events listed on this page cover a wide variety of professional and educational opportunities. Some events are hosted by or done in conjunction with USITT Chesapeake, while others are simply occurring in our geographical area and are listed for the benefit of our members to know what happenings are going on around them.
Events submitted early enough will be listed in “In the Wings” (the Section Newsletter) as well as here on the web site. Anyone with events or activities that they would like to share with the Section membership is encouraged to send us an email with the event information to the address on the Contact Page and it will be added to this page.
